Job Description:

As a Toyota Sales Associate, you will be an essential member of our sales team, responsible for showcasing Toyota's exceptional lineup of vehicles and assisting customers in finding their dream cars. Your primary focus will be on establishing strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to ensure their utmost satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers to the dealership with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Actively listen to customers' preferences and requirements to understand their automotive needs.
• Provide detailed information about Toyota vehicles, features, specifications, and available options.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the performance and benefits of Toyota vehicles.
• Assist customers in choosing the right vehicle based on their preferences, budget, and lifestyle.
• Negotiate prices and discuss financing options with customers to ensure a seamless sales process.
• Collaborate with our finance and insurance teams to finalize paperwork and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries.
• Continuously update knowledge of Toyota products, promotions, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers effectively.
• Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and address individual needs.
• Motivated, proactive, and results-driven attitude to achieve sales targets.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
